Order process

Do shipping costs apply?

There are no shipping costs for shipments within Germany. Information on the costs for international shipments can be found here.

When do I receive my order?

We dispatch from Monday to Friday. It usually takes three to five working days to arrive by post if the delivery address is in Germany. If your order is out of stock (subject to prior sale), you will be informed within 3-5 working days from the order date and alternatives will be suggested or a production of the out of stock item will be offered at no extra cost, with delivery within 4-6 weeks.

As soon as your goods leave our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can track the shipment online at any time.

Custom-made products

Can individual products be produced for me?

Yes. Please email your request to onlineshop@stefanbrandt.com.
Regular goods are delivered within about 4-6 weeks without extra costs and minimum quantities. Special requests, for example changes in dimensions, are possible (usually with an extra cost) and will also be delivered within about 4-6 weeks. Special orders must be paid for in advance.

Returns

Can I return the products?

All items purchased from the Stefan Brandt online shop can be returned to us within 30 days without giving any reason. For more information on returns and exchanges, please see here.

Questions about the fabrics

What fabrics exist and how do they differ?

Stefan Brandt products exist in Pima cotton, linen, silk and wool as well as exclusive blends of silk, wool, cashmere, viscose and modal. Each of our qualities has real unique selling points, i.e. properties that are unique worldwide. Some of the fabrics are also exclusive new developments by Stefan Brandt. Chemical load

How chemically contaminated are Stefan Brandt products?

The substances used are listed in the bluesign®bluefinder for sustainable textile production and also support the OEKO-TEX®Standard 100, Cradle to Cradle®(EPEA) and the EU Ecolabel. The special in-house techniques as well as the prefit treatment by Stefan Brandt clean the goods from any pigment residues and pollutions. There are no scientifically reliable studies available, but according to previous experience, the goods are suitable for allergy sufferers.
