The contract is concluded at the moment the buyer receives an order confirmation from Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. The order confirmation is sent by e-mail. The product details and prices within the order process are non-binding. Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. produces T-shirts, polo shirts, underwear, shoes, bags and belts. These are exclusively one-of-a-kind products, whose characteristic feature is that they always differ from each other in color tone, stitching, applications and other details. The unique look of each item is due to the fact that the T-shirts, plo-shirts and underwear are subjected to special water-steam-heat treatments, and the shoes, bags and belts are made from used sail uniques, individual fish skins and other materials that exist only once, in individual and (predominantly) manual processes. The customer therefore accepts that no guarantee can be given by Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. for a complete match between the images on the website and the delivered unique products. For all other products, which are not explicitly offered as unique items on the website, slight deviations in color between the illustration and the delivered original product may also occur, depending on the computer and screen settings of the buyer. Therefore, even in the latter case, Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. does not guarantee a complete match between the illustrations on the website and the delivered products.
The delivered goods remain the property of Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. until all claims against the purchaser have been settled in full. Ownership of the product purchased online is transferred to the customer upon delivery, provided that full payment of the product price has been made to Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. Upon delivery of the product purchased online, the risks of deterioration and damage to the product are transferred to the customer.

All prices are in Euro, including the legally valid VAT and excluding postage and packaging costs. If the Customer needs to correct any data entry errors, he/she must follow the appropriate modification procedure contained on the Website before submitting his/her purchase order. The products available for online purchase are shoes, bags, belts, t-shirts, polo shirts, underwear and gift items. All products are subject to instant availability. Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. reserves the right to change product assortments, quantity restrictions and/or the typology of merchandise available for online purchase on the website at any time.
Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. strives for a fast delivery. If the ordered goods are available in stock (Hamburg), the time to delivery to the address provided by the customer is expected to be 10-20 business days. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery period can take up to 3 months. In the order process, the delivery period per item is apparent. If the delivery period indicated there cannot be met or if the order of the ordered product cannot be executed, Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. will inform the customer about the unavailability of the products by e-mail within 10 days after receipt of the purchase order.
We would like to point out that all information regarding availability, shipping or delivery of an item is only prospective and approximate. They do not represent binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates. The delivery dates are non-binding and do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract or to a price reduction if the delivery date is not met.

The customer can make the payment of the price of the products and the corresponding delivery costs by credit card. Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. accepts payments with the following payment cards:

The transaction will be charged to the customer's credit card only after the credit card data has been checked, the authorization to charge has been received from the company that issued the credit card used by the customer, and the availability of the product has been confirmed by Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. Only then can the order be processed. No charge will be made when the order is sent.

For security reasons, products purchased on the website are delivered to the address shown on the credit card, and the signature of an adult at least 18 years old is required for delivery. Deliveries to post office boxes will not take place and the order will not be fulfilled.
For each order placed on the website, Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. issues an invoice for the shipped goods, which is sent by e-mail or mail to the issuer of the order. The current shipping status, can be checked by the tracker offered by DPD and UPS. For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the customer or a person authorized by him at the address of the recipient specified in the order is required. When the goods are delivered by the courier, the Customer must check the following:
(i) that the number of packages delivered is the same as that indicated in the transport document (DDT)
(ii) that the packaging, including the closing material, is intact, undamaged, neither wet nor otherwise deteriorated. Any damage to the packaging and/or goods, or failure to match the number of packages or specifications, must be claimed immediately by listing a written inspection report on the courier's delivery confirmation. After the acceptance of the delivery by the customer's signature on the courier's transport document, the customer has no possibility to complain about the delivery in terms of external damage of the package.
Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. does not assume any liability in case of undelivery or late delivery of the goods due to wrongly declared delivery addresses, absence of the recipient, problems or events caused by force majeure.

Shipping is done via DPD and UPS. The effective packaging and transport costs are borne by the customer. Shipments to Germany and Austria are always free of shipping costs. For deliveries to other countries, costs are incurred depending on weight and region, which are calculated individually in the shopping cart. Deliveries from an order value of EUR 1000.00 are also free of shipping costs worldwide. Invoicing to Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free of VAT. You are not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. grants the customer a 14-day right of exchange and return from the date of delivery (after receipt of the goods), provided that the goods are not worn, not used and not damaged. Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. will refund the customer the full purchase price if the products are accompanied by the original purchase receipt (invoice).
The return or exchange of the items can be accepted only if the label has remained intact attached to the product and the return instructions mentioned below under Returns have been respected. The refund can only be made in the same payment method as your payment.
Delivery costs are not refundable. The delivery costs for the return of the returned products are at the expense of the customer; all costs borne by the customer for the return are non-refundable. Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. reserves the right to refuse the refund of the products that do not meet the requirements in the previous paragraphs.
Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. will notify the customer by e-mail once the return or refund has been processed.
It is advisable to insure the return of the goods so that the goods can be tracked. Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. assumes no liability and will not provide a refund for lost, stolen or damaged returns.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving the reason within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.

The return shipment (return of the goods) is at the customer's expense and risk. The goods should be returned in the original packaging together with the delivery bill. The postal receipt for the return shipment should be kept in a safe place, as this is required in the event that the package is lost.
The purchase price excluding the original shipping costs will be refunded.
The refund will be automatically credited to the account used for the payment transaction.

The customer is obliged to check the delivery immediately after receipt and to return wrong deliveries or defective deliveries to Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. within 14 days.
