Job description
- Order processing: creation and dispatch of order confirmations, delivery bills, invoices
- Customer support by e-mail and telephone
- Returns processing
- Organization sample
- Trade fair preparations
- Administrative support
Requirements
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- Commercial thinking and analytical thinking skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Structured and independent way of working
- Knowledge of ERP system DIAMOD or SAP an advantage
